How to Make a Claim
To make a claim, please pay the account yourself and forward it to:

The cover or stipulated amount will be forwarded to you.
For Motor Vehicle Excess Cover:
You need to report your claim to us within 7 days from the date of the collision by post to the address above or email.

We will then contact you to follow up on the required details to process your claim.
You will have two options for payment:
A
- Direct payment by us to the insurer/repairer.
B
- Reimbursement of excess payment made by you.
